​1. Are all your furniture pieces handmade?


Yes! All our furniture is handcrafted with care from natural wood. Slight variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are normal and add to the charm of each piece.

2. Can I customize the size or colour?


Absolutely! All items are made-to-order, and you can choose custom sizes and paint colours. Please provide the details when placing your order.

3. What size does the furniture cater for?


Standard size: suitable for children aged 1–6 years
Upsize: suitable for children aged 3–8 years


4. How long will it take for my order to be ready?


Our current lead time is 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Production only starts once payment/deposit is received. Complex or custom orders may take slightly longer.

5. Can I cancel my order?


Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. After production has started, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

6. What is your returns or refund policy?


Since all furniture is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or colour choices.

7. What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?


If your item has a factory/manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will assess the issue and repair or replace the affected part. Damage during courier delivery must also be reported within 48 hours.

8. Do paint colours vary from the photos?


Yes, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade process. This is normal and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

9. Is courier delivery safe?


Courier delivery is offered for convenience, but it is at your own risk. Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. We are not responsible for damage or delays once the item has been signed for. Local collection is also available.

10. How do I care for my furniture?


Wipe with a soft, damp cloth
Keep away from water & direct sunlight
Handle with care
Check joints occasionally
Touch up minor scratches if needed

11. Do you offer a warranty?


Yes! We offer a 3-month warranty on structural or manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or courier damage.

12. How do I make payment?


We require a 50% deposit to secure your order, with the balance due before delivery. Payment can be made via EFT, card, or cash (for collection).

13. Can I see my furniture before delivery?


All items are made-to-order, so we don’t have stock displays. We can provide photos during production upon request
