While we are happy to assist with arranging shipping, all shipping services are provided through third-party couriers. We do not operate our own delivery service and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times, handling procedures, or courier performance.

Once an order has been collected or handed over to a courier—whether arranged by us or by the customer—the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer. We shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, theft, or delays incurred during transit.

Customers who choose to arrange their own courier or collection do so entirely at their own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate packaging, insurance, and handling requirements are met.

By proceeding with an order that requires shipping or collection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping is available; however, it is not automatically included with orders.

For orders that require shipping, customers must contact us via WhatsApp to arrange shipment. We will discuss available shipping options, costs, and estimated timelines to ensure the most suitable arrangement is made.

Alternatively, customers may arrange their own courier or collection. Please note that if customers choose to arrange their own shipment or collection, this will be done at the customer’s own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once the order has been handed over to the courier or collected.

All shipping or collection arrangements must be confirmed before the order is released.
