All our items are made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or colour choices.
Please ensure all details, measurements, and custom colour selections are correct before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue. Where applicable, we will repair or replace the item.
Normal wear and tear, minor wood imperfections, or natural variations in wood grain are not considered defects, but part of the unique character of handmade wooden furniture.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Each item is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
In the rare event that your item has a factory or manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the defect.
Once assessed and confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the item, or
Replace the defective part or item
Factory defects do not include:
Natural wood grain variations or knots
Minor imperfections inherent to handmade wooden items
Colour variations due to lighting, screen differences, or paint finishes
Wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or courier handling (once signed for) are not considered factory defects.

Courier Policy

We offer courier delivery for your convenience. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timeframes and handling lies with the courier company.
Please note the following:
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
Important:
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the packaging and item.
Once an item has been signed for and no damage is reported within this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for courier-related damage.
Courier fees are non-refundable.
Collection Option
Local collection is available by arrangement. Once an item has been collected and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Current lead time: 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of your order, custom colours, or special requests.
Production only starts once payment or deposit has been received.
We will keep you updated if there are any delays.

To keep your kiddies wooden furniture looking beautiful and lasting for years, follow these simple tips:

Wipe furniture with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could damage the paint or wood.
Avoid Excess Moisture
Keep furniture away from standing water or damp areas. Excess moisture can warp or damage wood over time.
Protect from Sunlight
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause paint or wood to fade. Place furniture in shaded areas when possible.
Handle With Care
Although sturdy, furniture is made for little hands. Encourage children to sit properly and avoid climbing or jumping on pieces.
Check Screws and Joints
Occasionally check that screws and joints are tight. This helps keep furniture safe and stable.
Touch-Ups
Small scratches or chips can happen — touch up with matching paint or wood polish if needed.
Remember: Each piece is handcrafted, making it unique. Natural wood variations and minor imperfections are part of its charm.

Please double-check all measurements before placing your order.
Slight variations in size may occur due to the handmade nature of the furniture.
We are happy to customize sizes to fit your space — just let us know your requirements when ordering.
Important: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Warranty

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.
To give you peace of mind, we offer a 3-month warranty on manufacturing or structural defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Colour variations, minor scratches, or natural wood imperfections
Courier-related damage (see our Courier Policy)
How to claim:
If you notice a defect covered under warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of noticing the issue with clear photos. We will assess the problem and, where applicable, repair or replace the affected part.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Since all our furniture is made to order, we ask that you carefully review your order before confirming.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without any penalty.
After 48 hours, once production has started, cancellations are not accepted, as each piece is handcrafted specifically for you.
Deposits paid cannot be refunded once production has begun.
